The Studio Managers & Trainers

Amy Sengbouttarath
Studio Manager, Manduu Cool Springs
Amy attended Belmont University where she majored in exercise science and minored in chemistry. She’s a bubbly, active gal who loves hiking, volleyball, and playing frisbee golf. She even jumped out of an airplane once.

“The best thing about being a personal trainer is seeing progress in people and helping them make a change,” says Amy. “Our clients love seeing the difference Manduu has made in their bodies. That motivates them to make other changes toward a healthier lifestyle and their self esteem goes up.”
Justin Lee
Studio Manager, Manduu Brentwood
Justin Lee manages the Brentwood, TN, studio. A native Nashvillian, Justin holds a BA in exercise science from Lipscomb University and is an ACSM-certified personal trainer.

Justin is enthusiastic about the way Manduu brings technology to exercise. “We use technology in so many different areas of our lives,” he said. “It’s exciting to see it applied to exercise. Giving people an efficient workout in 15 minutes has opened up fitness to a lot of different people. It’s very satisfying to play a role in helping someone experience results.”

Justin enjoys hiking in Nashville’s parks, playing guitar in a jam band with friends, and hanging out with his girlfriend and the fur babies.
Nikki Gittens
Studio Trainer, Manduu Brentwood & Cool Springs
Nikki Gittens is a trainer in both the Cool Springs and Brentwood studios. Born in Trinidad, she and her family moved to Nashville when she was seven. Nikki attended South Alabama University on a volleyball scholarship where she completed a degree in exercise science. She also coaches volleyball at Ensworth School, her alma mater.

“I like the freedom Manduu gives me to be creative in designing workouts,” said Nikki. “Helping clients see results is just awesome. I have one client who just moved down a size in his Manduu suit and he was so excited. I love the feeling of ‘We did it!’”
Colin King
Studio Trainer, Manduu Brentwood & Cool Springs
Colin King attended Martin Methodist University on a target shooting scholarship, where he earned a degree in exercise science. He is a trainer at both the Cool Springs and Brentwood studios. When not helping clients be their best and not on the shooting range, Colin can probably be found at the movies, where he is a big fan of $5 Tuesday.

“I love it when clients tell me they had a great workout,” said Colin. “That makes me feel accomplished and drives me to be better. Manduu is going to revolutionize the fitness industry and I’m thrilled to be a part of something so awesome.”
Jacob Adcock
Studio Trainer, Manduu Brentwood & Cool Springs
Jacob Adcock’s inspiration for studying exercise science was his dad’s and his own experience with knee pain, surgery, and physical therapy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Belmont University and hopes to someday become a physical therapist.

“I was exposed to electrical stimulation in some of my classes and I was really excited to see it applied to whole body exercise,” said Jacob. “This is such a great way to build muscle; it really is the future of exercise and physical therapy.”

Jacob trains at both the Cool Springs and Brentwood studios, where he likes the freedom he has to “own” the space. “We have a small area, but we accomplish a lot,” he said. When he’s not at the studio, Jacob can be found playing pickup basketball or golf, fishing, or enjoying Nashville’s varied music scene.
